Shipping and return Policy


We do everything to ship your order as quickly as possible. As soon as we have received your order, we will start preparing your order.
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. We ship from The Netherlands.
Our shipping company ships only on working days.

You will receive an email as soon as your order has left our warehouse. In this e-mail you will find a track & trace code with which you can track your order until receipt.
All our packages are sent with a letterbox package. The shipping price is calculates at the checkout.

If you enter the wrong address during checkout, please note that any associated costs for address correction or reshipping will be at your own expense. Please double-check your shipping details to ensure accurate delivery

We ship only in Europe.

Refund (if applicable)

We always want you to be completely satisfied with your item from us! So, if you want to return or exchange an article you can do this within 14 days after you receive the package, at own expense. The return of an article is only possible when the article:
-is in undamaged state.
-is not worn and/or used.
-label has not been opened.

How do you make a return?

You can return your order by printing out our return form. Fill in the form and add it to the package you want to return.

Return package
Repack the goods in the original letterbox packaging, shipping box or other sturdy packaging. Close it well and stick it firmly.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you return an item (or items) to us, we process returns within the statutory period of 14 days. In most cases this will be faster. You will automatically receive an email about this. If the return is approved, we will refund the amount

Please note: My Body Jewels cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged material during return transport. To ensure the arrival of your return, we recommend that you use a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.


How can I exchange a product?
If you want to exchange a product for another, you must first return the original product and then place a new order. The original product will be refunded according to our returns policy.


Damaged item:

Unfortunately, it can happen that the product is damaged during shipping. Did your item arrive at your home damaged? Please contact us as soon as possible (including pictures of the item). We help you urgently!

We can offer you two options:
- New article.
- Money Back.
